Mary Wise has always lent her time for charities to help young women succeed in tough times, and now the Gator volleyball head coach is doing it again. Wise and O!O Garden Grille will team up on Wednesday, May 30th between 6-8pm for a "Raise the Roof" fundraiser for the Girls Place to help build a new volleyball facility. The current facility is outdated and far too small to hold 85 players on 27 teams, and those numbers could get bigger with young women taking an interest in the sport. The fundraiser ticket will cost $20 and give access for appetizers and a drink, and Wise will hold public and silent auction for items like two seats on the bench for a Gator volleyball, basketball, and gymnastics event.
