Happy Friday everyone! Spring is definitely a great time for enjoying the warmer weather outside, but we have some indoor events for you to consider, too.
In Marion County, the Ocala Civic Theatre is featuring its latest production. Neil Simon's "The Odd Couple", which premiered on Broadway in 1965, is the story of two men.... the divorced Oscar Madison, and neurotic neat-freak Felix Unger, who seeks refuge with his friend Oscar after his wife throws him out. The two together are like oil and vinegar.... and, on stage, much like the tv show, the combination is hilarious. The comedy "The Odd Couple" is on stage tonight and Saturday night at 8, with a Sunday matinee at 2. The show runs through April 13th. Website
If you'd like to see high energy on stage, check out the Peking Acrobats at the Phillips Center Sunday. The troupe of Chinese performers are in the middle of their twenty eighth North American tour. The Peking Acrobats take to the stage of the Phillips Center at 3 pm Sunday. Website
